Practice Animation Comic Book

This is my practice animation comic book that i wanted to test out how to make an animation comic book and how much time it would take. However this was my first chance to experiment and learn how to use the programs Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Sound Booth. At first I found it difficult to understand the technical side to the production of the piece, but with the help of my teacher I where able to produce the final outcome, even if it took a few attempts. I where able to use a motion tool to create a panning effect, allowing the audience to familiarize with the characters, I also used directional arrows for the drawings to be more clear of how the shot would be filmed. I were also able to edit the shots to create tension. I did this by lengthening and shortening the shots allowing the tension on the audience to build to the climax of the introduction to the characters. I also created my sound through Adobe sound booth. I used a pre recorded backing track, which fitted in perfectly for the setting as the music is fast passed and builds up in texture, helping build up the tension. I also used pre-recorded footsteps that worked effectively.

If it doesn't work the video I put on this page, do click the link  below http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=et_NGhGKz3s to see the video.

My target audience is 15-25 year olds although the song can also be appealing to older years. I think that the theme of my video and that fact it is made from materials and is quite creative, this means that it is fun and appeals to my target, also the type of song will match with my audience mainly because the age of the artist is 18 so she is right in the middle meaning the song should relate to the audience more easily.
