Marketing plans

Product I will sell and market my product in many different ways, which I will use the internet to free promote my product. I will use other promotional websites such as Facebook, MySpace etc. Furthermore I will be using website like YouTube will also give an optical within reach of what my band is offering. Although I will be marketing a magazine cover at this stage.  As I am going to cross put together into different markets for example products will be productised as a music website, etc.



Target customer on my product getting the right target market is very significant because it helps enlarge the general sales of the product.  Although my target audience is young girl and boys s from the ages of 15-25.  I have chosen this target market because the music and the lyrics of the song associate and relate to young girls and boys and also problems that relate to their lives. However my target audience should most likely be interested in the POP/Rock genre and the general urban scene. I have chosen this target market because I have decided that this target market is the most significant as it will help to enlarge sales owing to the fact that this age group is bounded my music video and its products. In addi.tion sole Selling Point my product is kind different to other products in the market as my artists are similar to the artists that I target owing to their age group. This means that having an optimistic impact on the target audience owing to the fact they are able to create products that they know their market will relate to.

For example attention and awareness of putting the video on YouTube will result in a big number of views owing to the free promotion. This also means that it allows me to path the views and popularity.

Interests in my product my target market will be interested in buying my product because the music and is catchy and the lyrics relate to their life situations. E.g. relationships and broken hearts. I clutch the audience’s attention from the beginning of the music video by having a catchy active although longing my target market will pay for my articles because I am going to start of selling the articles at a cheap and reasonably priced buy creating popularity and awareness of my product.


After increases popularity I am then going to enlarge the price. This means that the fact that the artists are from the same age group as the target market it will create a link between artist and audience. This also means that the action that I am going to take to this marketing product will be different of kind comparing to other products on the market. Many free promotions will be used to get the exposure that Future History need. So I will invest into free promotional cover magazine with a quick preview of the track I am selling.

Place my product will be sold through many different organisations such as HMV, other music stores and supermarkets such as ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury’s etc. I will also distribute it through online shopping websites such as Amazon, etc.

Promotion I am going to promote my products throughout adverts and other sources of media. This will help to mass expose my product. I will also use social networks to help promote it as the target audience that use these sites are in the same field as those that will consume my cover magazine.

Price in my product I will be selling a single through many sores and music distribution thought in the country. This will help to mass expose my music video and it will also help to get recognition from other artists, as well known music distributor for £2.99, I have come up with this price from doing research on other music singles of the same genre.  I have many future projects for Future History including amore magazine cover and website be produced and marketed in the later stages in 2012
