Magazine Covers analysis

Before creating a magazine I have to think about  a figure of thing and the main thing that I have to do before thinking about creating my own magazine was to research a number of different magazines to ensure my understanding. Avril lavigne, Natasha Benfield,etc, and I researched a number of magazines; I did this through going to the shops and purchasing the magazines to gain more understanding of how a magazine is presented to the public and what it real includes. The research itself took a couple of days to complete as this was the first part of the main task I  were able to gather my ideas quickly to what is needed in a magazine and how to present it to the public in the best way possible.

Today I have done a  lot of research which is a different magazine covers by using the computers to look at and analyse the different magazine covers, and music video’s also music websites. whereas I have researching all these three media types I have learned lot of different things which I get the ideas from these 3 media types, consequently that my three products would end up looking realistic and expert furthermore I still keeping originality as for the individual music video- and it is an original idea and my magazine cover and my music website are promoting the original music video with an original title, idea, etc…Also my magazine cover is an original idea; this means that it does not really exist dissimilar most people who chose to do their own versions of an already existing magazine cover or music videos such as domain so they had to follow their layout and style also their colours.

However as part of my task, I have to produce an album cover for my music video production. Therefore, to make a start on album covers I thought it would be creative and positive if I were to take three album different covers from my music genre and analyse them. The 2th artist of the CD I am analyzing is Ke$ha. The name of the CD is “Blah Blah Blah Blah!’ The name of the CD suggests that this is Ke$ha’s third album and that she is an established artist.

By doing this I will acquire inspiration for the album cover I am hoping to produce as I am hoping to develop an album cover which will directly catch the attention of all audiences. The album covers I decided to analyse is Natasha Bedingfield’s album ‘Unwritten’, Kasha’s album ‘blah blah blah’, and lastly, the artist I am following – Avril Lavigne’s  album ‘anything But ordinary’.

The name of the artist of the CD I am analyzing is Natasha Bedingfield. The name of the CD is “Unwritten!” The name of the CD suggests that this is Natasha’s first album and that she is an established artist.  

The 2th artist of the CD I am analyzing is Ke$ha. The name of the CD is “Blah Blah Blah Blah!’ The name of the CD suggests that this is Ke$ha’s third.

 The 3th artist of the CD I am analyzing is Avril lavigne. The name of the CD is “Anything But ordinary!’ The name of the CD suggests that this is Avril Lavigne’s Second album and that she is an established artist.

The 4th artist of the CD I am analyzing is Leona Lewis. The name of the CD is “I GOT YOU!’ The name of the CD suggests that this is Leona Lewis's album and that she is an established artist.

The magazines that I have researched were mainly pop/rock as their isn’t many punk or dance etc magazines available to the public. This is why I have decided on a whole to create a pop magazine as there isn’t any around and it would then fill in the missing gap within the market today.

The music genre for this artist is pop with a range of powers in metal, Rock music. Furthermore this is clear constant without listening to the music, since the music video connotes quite a gothic theme, especially since it is in black and white.

                                              Magazine Covers

As part of one of my subsidiary tasks, I have to produce a magazine album cover for my music video production. Therefore, to make a start on album covers I thought it would be productive and constructive if I were to take more magazine covers from my music genre and analyse them. By doing this I will obtain inspiration for the magazine covers. In additional I am hoping to produce as I am hoping to develop a magazine cover which will straight catch the attention of all audiences.  Although the magazine covers I decided to analyse isis Q, Matt Bellamy and ' Bliss', Jonas brothers
