Introsuction
I thought it would be a good idea to analyse the bands own official website to see what kind of features we could add to our website.
Although this Part I have been asked to do a research about music websites which I have to design my won website when I finish annotated my research. However the websites that I have chosen to annotate is
http://www.natashabedingfield.com/gb/frontpage?cmdr=ip2country/detected.
Although the first website I have chosen is got lot of images instead of text and the second website has got lot of text instead of images.
Furthermore the media intention was to create and design a cover or website which will be meant at a confident audience for designing my own website or creating my own cover. Also for me to do this I have to carry out a selection of different research which will be included in surveys and analyzing different existing media products.
I looked at different types of covers then I research for starting looked at the gatherings of each of those types. For example album covers would be very high type illumination and would generally have younger attractive people declining music, with a great effort straightening out them.this websites that i have annotated is the main websites that i have aim and want to design the some way as they look.
The website is very naive with the same image being used as the background on each page and on 2 of the links on the side of the homepage. The same naive text is used for all of the page links and the title at the top of the page and a similar font is used on the rest of the text as the main text would be hard to read a lot of text in.
So I will show my findings to the audience and try to use some of these conventions and features on my Future History website
1th websites
I decided to look at website from different genres so that I could get an idea of what goes on to a website. As of looking at this different website I can see that they have a few things in familiar. They all have the video for the newest single on the homepage; they have obvious links to different pages including outside links to their different official websites such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter. They all use their band font for the title of the website so that the user can become familiar with the brand of the band. They all have new on the front page so that fans can feel close to the band by finding out what is happening with them. On most of them there is an image of the band at the top allowing the audience to become common with the band. All of the websites are fairly light and gold which shows a new crazes which I will most possibly use in my own website.
2th website although this websites are fairly light the difference in layout, choice of fonts and pictures creates a completely different feeling to the website for example the Avril Lavigne website is quite light and dark pink but it looks extremely feminine because of the choice of pictures and layout where as the website for Projectile for my favoured looks fairly manly because of be short of images and the overcrowded layout. On 3 of the websites the background is quite graphic which I think is a nice aspect as it makes the website more interesting to the use or even visited.
3th website
One of the website I knew I wanted to analyse was Kesha's as I believe that she has a very alike sound to Future History. From looking at the website I can see that it is extremely original and eccentric which shows how Kesha herself and her music are described. All of the links are on a massive two of a kind of relates to the artist album. The associates are in pale and so stand out from the profound gold background.
in the homepage she has the video of her newest single which all the other arital's website has got it. but it just like many other band websites do and so this is a feature I will want to put in to my website. At the highest of the page is an image of the artist this allows the audiences and the fans to become common with the artist and recognize her. The major part of information down the centre is news and her blog. By having this aspect it allows the user to feel closer to the artist.
The different between the music websites that I have research on. However those websites are from different magazines also they have different style I would use the fist cover and the third one to look similar in my own cover magazine. However I would also use different language that suites my cover magazine and colour too.

I also look at some other music websites by looking at the design of the website I thought it would be best if I looked at Ashley Tisdale website as well as other own sites such as Ashlee Simpson and Katy Perry, lady gaga.
This music websites I found a huge difference in all four websites because the Ashley Tisdale one is very strange with different colour background. Also the lady gaga website is quite different two from other websites because it used black background all the pages and all her pictures where in black and white, this contrasted greatly with Katy Perry who had a dark pink with black background and it was more girly and influential and different.
Overall all the websites I looked at looks interesting and well designed and all of them look high-quality which opens their music up to a bigger target audience.
